I just added to one of the crown jewels in our USA model portfolio. This is a true Dividend King with fifty straight years of raising its payout, a decade of 12.3 percent annualized dividend growth, and yet another double-digit increase announced this month. After reviewing our valuation metrics, the shares look sensibly priced, so we increased our position. Investors who appreciate quality, consistency, and long-term income growth will want to keep this one on their radar.
As long-term investors, we seek out quality companies that consistently grow their earnings and dividends, and we aim to purchase them at fair prices. From there, the goal is simple: hold patiently and let the power of compounding do the heavy lifting over time.
